Service Anti-corrossion Coatings Manufacturing Division- with years of Research & Development, have developed superior coating system brand named CLEYCOATS, from enriched Polymer Compounds blended with super refined Clay. Offered as a two-pack system, develops thick coating on steel, Cement Mortar and on wood. The cured surface has high adhesion, impact and peel strength while retaining excellent flexibility. Eliminates need of primer surface and is totally a primer less system.

The salient features being develops a strong anti-corrosion barrier with maximum of 80-90 microns DFT, which can be achieved in a single coat brush consistency.

To enhance protective coating performance, it is necessary to take care of crates and unevenness of the surface before any coating. Further, a two coat application of CLEYCOATS recommended for proper covering by manual brush coating.

CLEYCOATS reduces cost of application as compared with conventional systems of painting like number of primer coats, followed by finish paint coats. The coating has excellent resistance to high saline, high humid, acid and alkali conditions.
